本文运用有限元的方法 ,对液化气球罐整体热处理过程进行了分析 ,得到球罐结构和温度突变处的热应力和变形情况 ,并运用JB4732— 95《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》对最大应力点进行了应力强度校核 ,结果表明球罐在整体热处理过程中是安全的。
In this paper, using the finite element method, the whole heat treatment process of LPG balloon tank was analyzed, the thermal stress and deformation of the tank structure and temperature abrupt change were obtained, and the maximum The stress points were checked for stress intensity and the results showed that the spherical tank was safe during the whole heat treatment.
