为进一步提高人才培养水平,电子与信息技术系尝试在学生中实施专业导师制。在高职院校中设置专业导师,对于形成人才培养的合力具有重要意义,应当作为人才培养工作的一项重要实践长期坚持下去,并不断加以完善。
In order to further improve the level of personnel training, the Department of Electronics and Information Technology tries to implement a professional mentoring system among students. Setting up professional tutors in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to forming the resultant force of personnel training. It should be maintained as an important practice of personnel training for a long time and should be constantly improved.
