1 问题的提出 近年来,我国公路建设有了突破性进展,特别是高速公路的建设,目前已经建成或在建的高速公路有十几条,如京津塘、沈阳至大连、上海至南京等。在一些地区高速公路已成为主要运输干线,对发展我国公路运输,缓解交通紧张局面起了重要作用。但随着公路条件的改善,车辆行驶速度的提高,也出现了一些普通公路上极少出现的特大交通事故,如
1 PROBLEM PROBLEMS In recent years, there has been a breakthrough in highway construction in our country, especially in the construction of expressways. There are currently a dozen or so highways built or under construction such as Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu, Shenyang-Dalian, Shanghai-Nanjing, etc. . In some areas, the expressway has become the main transportation route, which plays an important role in developing our country’s road transport and alleviating the traffic tension. However, with the improvement of the road conditions and the increase of the traveling speed of the vehicles, there have also been some very serious traffic accidents rarely seen on ordinary roads.
