对低合金高强度07MnVTiNb耐候钢的耐工业大气腐蚀性能进行了研究。介绍了07MnVTiNb耐候钢在干湿交替过程中的腐蚀行为。利用扫描电镜观察了试样表面的腐蚀形貌。采用电化学工作站对07MnVTiNb钢的电化学腐蚀特征进行了分析。测量了动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗。结果表明:07MnVTiNb钢在工业大气环境中的腐蚀为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀速率随时间的延长而呈减小趋势,试样的动电位极化曲线电流密度逐渐增大。α-FeOOH的生成表明腐蚀后期的锈层致密性良好。
The industrial atmospheric corrosion resistance of low alloy high strength 07MnVTiNb weathering steel was studied. The corrosion behavior of 07MnVTiNb weathering steel during alternating wet and dry process was introduced. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the corrosion morphology of the sample surface. The electrochemical corrosion of 07MnVTiNb steel was analyzed by electrochemical workstation. The potentiodynamic polarization curve and AC impedance were measured. The results show that the corrosion of 07MnVTiNb steel is uniform in industrial atmosphere, and the corrosion rate decreases with time. The current density of the potentiodynamic polarization curve increases gradually. The formation of α-FeOOH indicates that the rust layer is dense at the later stage of corrosion.
