本文对英国、美国、加拿大和澳大利亚四国的15所高校档案网站进行调查和分析,得出国外高校档案网站具有检索方式多样化、档案专题数据库建设整合程度高、以用户为导向的服务功能强和社交媒体运用程度广四个方面的特点,给我国高校档案网站建设带来重构高校档案网站内容建设、创新高校档案网站服务方式和增加高校档案网站社交媒体宣传功能三个方面的启示。
This paper investigates and analyzes the archives websites of 15 universities and colleges in Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia. It concludes that there are diversified retrieval methods for archival websites in foreign universities, high degree of integration of archives database, and strong user-oriented service functions. Social media is widely used in four aspects of the characteristics of colleges and universities to bring the construction of archives website to bring about the reconstruction of college archives website content, innovation college archives website service and increase college archives website social media advertising three enlightenment.
