采用肿瘤局部切除加放疗对３１例直径≤４ｃｍ的早期乳腺癌进行了保留乳房治疗。近期随访（平均３７．９月）结果表明，与同期３５例行根治术的早期乳腺癌（直径≤４ｃｍ）患者相比较，两种方法治疗的患者术后３年复发转移率及死亡率（局部切除组为：ｌｌ．５％和３．８％，根治术组为：１４．２％和０％）均无显著性差别（分别Ｐ＜０．０５）。本组的结果显示，对直径≤４ｃｍ的早期乳腺癌，肿瘤切除加放疗和根治术具有类似的近期效果。
Thirty-one cases of early-stage breast cancer with a diameter of ≤ 4 cm were treated with reserved breasts by local tumor resection and radiotherapy. The results of recent follow-up (mean 37.9 months) showed that compared with 35 patients undergoing radical mastectomy for early breast cancer (diameter ≤ 4cm), the recurrence metastasis rate and the mortality rate of patients treated with the two methods at 3 years after surgery (local The resection group was: ll.5% and 3.8%, and the radical surgery group was: 14.2% and 0%) There was no significant difference (P<0.05, respectively). The results of this group show that for early breast cancers with a diameter of ≤ 4cm, tumor resection plus radiotherapy and radical surgery have similar short-term effects.
