燃料电池汽车由于其复杂的车载工况和故障发生原因,在现阶段的故障诊断方法上仍存在诸多缺陷和困难。在业界成熟度较高的电化学交流阻抗谱方法上,发展了一种能够判断出燃料电池典型故障的方法。在保证正确性和可靠性的基础上,着眼于车载燃料电池故障诊断的可在线性,结合模糊聚类的思想,寻找出一种模式识别方法,可以通过隶属度来为燃料电池控制提供参考。由仿真实验数据分析了该方法的有效性和正确性。
Because of its complex vehicle conditions and the causes of faults, fuel cell vehicles still have many defects and difficulties in the current fault diagnosis methods. In the field of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy with high maturity, a method to determine the typical failure of a fuel cell has been developed. On the basis of ensuring the correctness and reliability, this paper focuses on the linearity of fuzzy in-car fuel cell diagnosis, and finds out a pattern recognition method based on the idea of fuzzy clustering. It can provide a reference for fuel cell control through membership. The validity and correctness of this method are analyzed by simulation data.
