本文报道微爆破碎石法治疗膀胱结石,通过体外爆破、动物实验及临床应用80余例,已取得预期疗效。微爆破碎石是利用微量炸药爆炸时产生的冲击波和气体膨胀力将结石破碎。选用的炸药要有足够的威力且对人体无害和能送入人体即微型化。我们选用叠氮化银加入少量钙感药物制成的小米粒大小的炸粒,对尿路结石具有很强的破坏力。我们采用二点相对定向爆破法,临床上以5毫克炸药,且爆破中心距膀胱粘膜 This article reports the treatment of bladder stones by micro-detritus crushed stone, through the in vitro blasting, animal experiments and clinical application of more than 80 cases, has achieved the desired effect.
