数字化是指将复杂的信息转换为数据或数字,构建合理化的数字模型后,再转换成代码正确融入计算机,便于进行统一化处理。近年来,随着科学技术的高速发展,我国各大医院在人事档案管理工作中越来越重视数字化档案管理模式。在医院人事档案管理中应用数字化管理模式,不但会提高人事档案管理的工作效率,还会让医院人事档案管理迈入一个新的台阶。如何才能实现医院人事档案的数字化管理呢?文章对此提出了合理的、相应的解决策略。
Digitization refers to the conversion of complex information into data or numbers, building a rationalized digital model and then translating into code that is properly integrated into the computer for easy unification. In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the major hospitals in our country pay more and more attention to the digitized file management mode in the personnel file management. Applying the digital management mode in the hospital personnel file management will not only improve the working efficiency of the personnel file management, but also bring the hospital personnel file management to a new level. How to realize the digitized management of hospital personnel files? The article proposed a reasonable and corresponding solution strategy.
