人们一直考虑怎样组织管理课堂,而对于很多刚步入讲台的教师课堂管理已经成为他们主要担心的一点。毫无疑问拥有自己风格的教学会使得教师更自信。通过有效课堂管理教师可以以更受欢迎的方式与学生接触相互了解。新教学方法将课堂管理视为传授知识,提高教学技能与教学水平的主要教学要素之一。课堂管理同时也受到越来越多的关注。就像杰尔·布若斐所说的,“课堂管理技巧决定教学结果”(1976:118)课堂管理是促成有效教学的主要影响因素,并且已成为教师主要关注的一项。
People have always considered how to organize classroom management, and for many classroom teachers who have just stepped into the pulpit has become their main concern. There is no doubt that having your own style of teaching will make teachers more confident. Through effective classroom management, teachers can get in touch with students in a more popular way. The new teaching method regards classroom management as one of the main teaching elements for imparting knowledge and improving teaching skills and teaching level. Classroom management is also receiving more and more attention. As Jarr Bouvard put it, “Classroom management skills determine the outcome of teaching” (1976: 118) Classroom management is a major contributor to effective teaching and has become a major concern for teachers.
