本文报告青壮年缺血性中风36例,发病年龄20～50岁,平均40岁。占同期收治缺血性中风病人的8.57％(36/402)。病因以高血压病及风湿性心脏病为最常见。
This article reports 36 cases of young adults with ischemic stroke, the age of onset of 20 to 50 years, mean 40 years. Accounting for 8.57% (36/402) of patients admitted to ischemic stroke in the same period. Etiology of hypertension and rheumatic heart disease is the most common.
