从严治党必须从党内政治生活严起,这是党的建设的基本抓手。要不断强化党性锻炼,增强党内政治生活的原则性;突出思想交锋,增强党内政治生活的战斗性;依靠制度约束,增强党内政治生活的严肃性。
Strict administration of the party must be strictly ruled by political life within the party, which is the basic starting point for party building. We must continue to strengthen the party spirit and enhance the principle of political life within the party; give prominence to the confrontation of ideas and enhance the combat effectiveness of political life within the party; and rely on system constraints to enhance the seriousness of political life within the party.
