α—联麸醯基二肟(简称α—呋喃二肟或FD)与镍构反应已有研究,可是应用不多。镍与FD生成黄色络合物,显色快,且稳定。克分子吸收系数较大(1.7×10~4),灵敏度超过丁二酮肟.应用此法能测定某些合金10~(-1)~10~(-4)镍。我们以α—联麸醯基二肟作试剂,对测定条件进行了试验,提出了氧化铜中微量镍的测定方法。在硫代硫酸钠和硫脲掩蔽剂存在下,于氨性溶液中(pH=7.0~10.0)发色,以相应的试剂空白为参比,在449nm处测其吸光度。
The research on the reaction of α-bisequibenzyl dioxime (abbreviated as α-furan dioxime or FD) with nickel has not been reported yet. Nickel and FD generate yellow complex, color fast, and stable. The molecular absorption coefficient is larger (1.7 × 10 ~ 4) and the sensitivity is higher than that of dimethylglyoxime.This method can be used for the determination of some 10 ~ (-1) ~ 10 ~ (-4) Ni alloys. We use α-linked 醯 based dioxime reagent for the determination of the conditions were tested, proposed a method for the determination of trace nickel in copper oxide. In the presence of sodium thiosulfate and thiourea masking agent, the color was developed in ammonia solution (pH = 7.0 ~ 10.0), and the absorbance was measured at 449 nm with reference to the reagent blank.
