冠心病是危害人类健康和长寿的常见病之一。为了掌握有利时机,及早采取预防和有效治疗措施,对其早期形态学变化及其动态衍化规律的研究就显得特别重要。本文旨在应用实验方法研究家兔缺血心肌的早期病变,其中包括光镜、组织化学和超微结构的变化。并就β肾上腺素能阻滞剂——心得安对缺血心肌的影响做了初步探讨。
Coronary heart disease is one of the most common diseases that endanger human health and longevity.
