班主任作为班级中最重要的组成部分,是教育教学中的关键力量,更是可以直接影响学生的发展。由于初中阶段的学生还是处于一个心智不成熟且叛逆心强的阶段,经常出现一些叛逆的行为,这就需要班主任实时地了解学生的心理发展状况,不仅要做好教育教学工作,也应该对学生实施情感教育,使学生树立正确的价值观和人生观。基于此,主要对初中班主任情感教育方法进行了浅析,以便给我国初中班主任提供更多的参考资料。
