山西省高校新校区位于晋中市北部新城区,处于涧河中下游。高校新校区作为全省教育科研中心,对涧河的防洪提出了更高的要求。阐述了以“分段消洪,疏通尾水”为主导思想的校区洪涝防御体系及已采取的治理工程措施和现状防汛管理机构,提出了下一步加强工程措施建设和信息技术支撑及加强社会总动员的要求。
The new campus of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is located in the northern part of Jinzhong City in the middle and lower reaches of Jian River.
