1995年3月至1998年12月我们对138例急性上消化道大出血患者行紧急内镜检查,并施行紧急治疗,取得较满意效果,现就其病因和治疗体会报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 病例资料 男83例,女55例,年龄17～73岁,平均43.6岁,诊断标准参照《内科学》上消化道大出血的诊断条件,其中8例有失血性休克。1.2 器械与方法 采用Olympus GIF-XQ230型内镜,有失血性休克者纠正休克,使血压稳定在90/60mmHg(1mmHg=
