研究目的:对优秀射箭运动员不同阶段脑电图进行对比研究,了解不同阶段射箭运动员大脑机能的特点,为科学训练提供客观性依据。研究结果:两次不同级别的国内比赛前,运动员在安静状态下与负荷状态下,右侧枕区(O2)应激水平有显著差异;而在恢复状态下,各指标无显著差异。冬训两阶段运动员在安静状态下与负荷状态下,两侧枕区(O1、O2)应激水平均有显著差异;而在恢复状态下,各指标无显著差异。说明较长时间的大强度小量的训练后,大脑皮层抑制减弱,兴奋性增强。
Objectives: To compare the EEGs of elite archery athletes at different stages and understand the characteristics of brain function of archery athletes at different stages, so as to provide objective basis for scientific training. Results: Before two different levels of domestic competition, there was a significant difference in the level of stress on the right occipital region (O2) between the athletes under the resting state and the resting state. In the recovery state, there was no significant difference between the indicators. There was a significant difference in the stress level between the two sides of occipital region (O1, O2) under both resting and resting conditions in athletes of two phases of winter training. There was no significant difference between the two athletes in restoring state. Shows a long time a small amount of high intensity training, cerebral cortex decreased inhibition, increased excitability.
