对Au/a_Ge双层膜的分形晶化行为在透射电子显微镜 (TEM )中进行了原位观测 .实验证据表明 :分形生长过程中 ,潜热起着十分重要的作用 ,分形枝权的延伸发展 ,是沿着富Ge区连续晶化的结果 .Au ,Ge原子的短程互扩散也同时存在 ,但Au晶粒的聚集 ,抑制了a_Ge向分形区中的p_Ge团簇的扩散 .TEM原位观测的实验事实 ,可以用随机逐次成核 (RSN)模型予以阐明 ,但不排除扩散对分形形成的影响 ,两种机制同时作用于薄膜中的分形晶化 ,可能是分形形成的本质特征
The fractal crystallization behavior of Au / a_Ge bilayer films was investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The experimental results show that latent heat plays an important role in fractal growth, Is the result of continuous crystallization along the Ge-rich region.At the same time, the short-range mutual diffusion of Au and Ge atoms also exists, but the aggregation of Au grains inhibits the diffusion of a_Ge to the p_Ge cluster in the fractal region. Experimental facts can be elucidated by random successive nucleation (RSN) model, but the influence of diffusion on fractal formation is not ruled out. The two mechanisms simultaneously act on the fractal crystallization in the film, which may be the essential feature of fractal formation
