本文以湖北省32所民办高校的调查数据为依据,采用探索性因子分析法构建了民办高校图书馆员的胜任素质模型,并用验证性因子分析法对模型的合理性进行了检验,探讨了模型在馆员选拔、培训、考核和晋升四个方面的运用。研究发现,民办高校图书馆员胜任素质模型包括人格特质维、服务意识维、知识维和技能维四个维度17个胜任要素。
Based on the survey data of 32 private universities in Hubei Province, this paper constructs the competency model of librarians in private colleges and universities by using exploratory factor analysis, and verifies the rationality of the model by using the confirmatory factor analysis. Librarians in the selection, training, assessment and promotion of four aspects of the use. The study found that the competency model of private college librarians includes 17 competencies in four dimensions: personality trait dimension, service dimension dimension and knowledge dimension dimension.
