健力宝原总裁李经纬曾经用18年的时间,一手将一家名不见经传的饮料企业健力宝集团培养成为饮誉海内外的民族企业。2002年10月13日,健力宝创始人李经纬因为涉嫌贪污而被罢免了全国人大代表职务。有观察人士认为,李经纬现象说明国企领导人不单想确保企业的控制权,还想获得与贡献相匹配的剩余价值索取权,也即股权安排。但不幸的是,他们在产权领域触礁沉没。为此,《中国经济时报》特约请国务院发展研究中心企业所副所长张文魁就此发表看法。本刊特摘录刊发。
