采用国产WFX—IB型原子吸收分光光度仪,对吉林地区正常妊娠38—42周妇女114例羊水定量检测铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)它们的羊水中正常含量95％可信区间分别为:Cu 0.068-0.136mg/L、Zn 0.000-0.971mg/L、Fe 0.001-0.152mg/L、Ca 0.754-6.448mg/L。
A total of 114 amniotic fluid samples of women with normal pregnancy from 38 to 42 weeks of gestation in Jilin Province were collected for determination of amniotic fluid of copper, zinc, iron and calcium by WFX-IB atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The 95% confidence intervals for normal content were: Cu 0.068-0.136 mg / L, Zn 0.000-0.971 mg / L, Fe 0.001-0.152 mg / L, Ca 0.754-6.448 mg / L.
