建立节约型社会必须围绕社会经济循环中生产、流通、消费三个重要环节展开,其中节约型消费模式的建立尤为重要。节约型消费模式对消费水平、消费结构和消费方式都提出了具体要求,而我国目前的整体消费状况与健康、文明、合理的消费模式目标间还存在显著差距。通过计算最终消费的生产诱发系数和部门生产对消费的依赖度系数,可以对消费结构与产业结构的关联度进行量化分析,从而为产业结构的调整和新型消费模式的转变提供依据。
The establishment of a conservation-oriented society must focus on the three major links of production, circulation and consumption in the social-economic cycle. The establishment of a conservation-oriented consumption pattern is particularly important. Economical consumption patterns have specific requirements on the level of consumption, consumption structure and consumption patterns. However, there is still a significant gap between the current overall consumption conditions of our country and the goals of a healthy, civilized and reasonable consumption pattern. By calculating the coefficient of dependence on consumption of the final consumption and the coefficient of dependence on the consumption of the department, we can make a quantitative analysis of the correlation between the consumption structure and the industrial structure so as to provide the basis for the adjustment of the industrial structure and the transformation of the new consumption pattern.
