3月6日上午,上海市召开了消防工作会议。杨雄副市长在会上充分肯定了近几年特别是去年以来本市消防安全工作的成绩,并就进一步加强本市消防安全工作作了全面部署。他要求全市各级政府和各单位要增强忧患意识和责任意识,建立完善预防重特大火灾的长效机制,从根本上改善本市的消防安全环境。建立和完善城市公共安全应急救援体系,公安消防部队要完善灾害处置预案,改进实战训练模式,规范接处警和调度指挥程序,落实战备执勤制度,不断提高处置火灾等各类公共安全突发事件的能力,努力将灾害损失降到最低程度,为维护本市社会和谐稳定作出积极贡献。上海市消防局局长陈飞在会上通报了排摸确定的40家重大火灾隐患市级挂牌督办单位。
