目的:探讨踝泵运动护理对人工肝术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用。方法 :选择2016年1月—2017年1月在我院行人工肝术后的40例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法将其分为观察组(20例)与对照组(20例),对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行踝泵运动护理,比较两组患者下肢周径的变化以及深静脉血栓形成的情况。结果:对照组在术后1~7 d内下肢周径明显增加,发生下肢深静脉血栓4例(20%),而观察组无下肢增粗情况,也无下肢深静脉血栓发生(0%)。与对照组相比,观察组术后患者的下肢周径增加情况显著改善,下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论:采用积极有效的踝泵运动护理,可以有效预防人工肝术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of ankle-pump sports nursing on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after artificial liver surgery. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2017, 40 patients undergoing artificial liver surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the nursing method, they were divided into the observation group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases) Group routine nursing, the observation group on the basis of routine nursing ankle pump exercise care, compared the two groups of patients with lower limb circumference changes and deep venous thrombosis. Results: In the control group, the circumference of lower extremities was significantly increased from 1 to 7 days after operation, and deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities occurred in 4 cases (20%). In the observation group, there was no lower extremity thickening and no deep venous thrombosis (0%). . Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group showed a significant improvement in the lower extremity circumference and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs (all P <0.05). Conclusion: Active and effective ankle pump exercise nursing can effectively prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after artificial liver surgery, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
