Objective: To study the changes of hemorrheological parameters in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDCP) and to analyze the impact on fetal development. Methods: Hemorheology was performed on 159 normal pregnant women and 183 HDCP patients. The hemorrheological parameters and their effects on intrauterine development were compared. Results: ① Compared with normal pregnancy group, there was no significant difference in each index between gestational hypertension group and normal pregnancy group; whole blood viscosity in preeclampsia group, relative index of whole blood high cut, relative index of whole blood low cut, erythrocyte aggregation index, Blood pressure, white blood cells, erythrocytes and fibrinogen were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group (P <0.01 or P <0.05); platelet count was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group (P <0.01); plasma viscosity and hemoglobin were not statistically different between the two groups Learning difference (P> 0.05). ② The whole blood viscosity, the relative index of whole blood high-cut, the relative index of whole blood low-shear were significantly higher in preeclampsia patients with FGR than in those without pre-eclampsia (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the rest of hemorheology No significant difference in the parameters between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The whole blood viscosity, blood concentration and erythrocyte aggregation in preeclampsia patients may affect the normal metabolism and growth of the fetus.
