重庆中国三峡博物馆珍藏的唐卡,是藏传佛教艺术瑰宝,有近200件,大部分自20世纪50年代入馆,主要来源是本馆前身西南博物院、西南博物院自然博物馆,20世纪50年代初从拉萨、成都和重庆等地征集购买而得,另外如卫聚贤、汪云松、诸俭等人亦有捐献,还有部分来自西南军区文化部、民族事务委员会等部门的移交。本馆所藏唐卡,主要有本初佛、佛、上师、度母、菩萨、金刚、 Thangka, a treasure house of the Three Gorges Museum in Chongqing, is a treasure trove of Tibetan Buddhism, with nearly 200 pieces, most of which have entered the museum since the 1950s.
