目的:了解新疆阿魏生长期根际微生物种群的动态变化。方法:取不同生长年限新疆阿魏的根际土壤,测定其所含的细菌、真菌、放线菌数量。结果:根际土壤微生物数量随土层深度增加而减少;细菌、真菌、放线菌数量随着新疆阿魏生长年限的增加呈现逐年增加趋势;在花期,细菌、真菌数量下降,放线菌数量则继续增加;新疆阿魏根际土壤微生物数量与对照组具有显著性差异,根际效应显著。结论:新疆阿魏根际微生物数量与其生长年限、生长阶段有关联。
Objective: To understand the dynamic changes of rhizosphere microbial population during the growth of Xinjiang Allium sativum. Methods: Rhizosphere soil of different growth stages of Xinjiang was taken and the quantity of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes contained therein was determined. Results: The number of rhizosphere soil microbes decreased with the increase of soil depth. The numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes tended to increase year by year with the increase of the growth period of A. vulgaris. At the flowering stage, the numbers of bacteria and fungi decreased, The number of soil microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of Xinjiang was significantly different from that of the control group, and the rhizosphere effect was significant. Conclusion: The quantity of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of the ferulic acid in Xinjiang is related to its growth period and growth stage.
