旅游法规是一门以法律来规范旅游领域中存在的各种社会关系的应用性课程。其以法学基本原理为指导,并结合旅游法律关系,为学生提供了旅游法规的基本理论和知识。本文,笔者将会讨论实践性互动式教学在旅游法规课程中的几种具体实施方法,包括疑难讨论法、案例教学法、社会调查法和情景教学法。
Travel laws and regulations is an application course that uses law to regulate the various social relationships that exist in the field of tourism. Guided by the basic principles of law and combined with the legal relationship of tourism, it provides students with the basic theories and knowledge of tourism laws and regulations. This article, the author will discuss several practical implementation methods of practical interactive teaching in tourism law courses, including difficult discussion method, case teaching method, social investigation method and situational teaching method.
