PCIA(静脉自控镇痛)与PCEA(硬膜外自控镇痛)是外科术后常用的两种自控镇痛方式。
Surgical Patient-controlled Analgesia (PCA) is a novel analgesic approach that is well adapted to the individual differences in post-op medication use and to maintain the lowest effective analgesic concentration for effective analgesia [1]. Patient-controlled analgesia treatment can effectively solve the shortcomings of under-dose or over-dose of analgesic in patients after surgical operation. PCIA (intravenous controlled analgesia) and PCEA (epidural controlled analgesia) are two types of controlled analgesia commonly used after surgery. This article aims at our hospital general surgery 60 cases of postoperative patients with PCIA and PCEA controlled analgesia
