有效的知识产权管理是现代企业提升其自身核心竞争力的有效工具。我国知识产权管理和保护事务起歩较晚,普遍存在企业知识产权管理意识比较薄弱,知识产权管理水平低下等现象。针对这种情况,本文提出了确立知识产权战略、制定知识产权管理制度、设立知识产权管理机构等建议。 Effective management of intellectual property is an effective tool for modern enterprises to enhance their own core competencies.
