The traditional Chinese family culture has a far-reaching impact on family-owned enterprises. This article elaborates the beneficial effects of traditional Chinese family culture on family-owned enterprises in a traditional culture background by sorting out the traditional Chinese family culture and the basic theories of family business. Its adverse effects put forward corresponding suggestions and strategies.
