本文系统展现了2011年汉语国际传播全貌,并从中总结出四大特点:汉语国际传播稳中推进;重视资源建设;逐步从外延式扩张转向内涵式发展;远景规划纳入议事日程。同时对汉语国际传播的发展提出了五点建议与思考:教学资源网络化建设仍需加快;项目管理有待加强;重视调动非汉语传播基地院校参与汉语国际传播的积极性;应该给予华文教育更多重视与支持;构建汉语国际传播联盟,推动汉语快速走向世界。
This article systematically shows the whole picture of Chinese international communication in 2011, and summarizes four major characteristics from it: four aspects are the steady growth of Chinese international communication; the emphasis on resource construction; the gradual expansion from epitaxial to the connotation development; and the long-term planning into the agenda. At the same time, we put forward five suggestions and reflections on the development of Chinese international communication: the network construction of teaching resources still needs to be accelerated; the project management needs to be strengthened; the importance of arousing the enthusiasm of non-Chinese-speaking bases to participate in the international communication of Chinese; more education should be given to Chinese Emphasize and support; build the Chinese International Communication Union to promote Chinese to the world quickly.
