老年性便秘,苦不堪言。我曾采取多种药物疗法,但效果不佳,而且常有反复,后经多年苦心钻研与实践,总结出“揉、喝、动、吃、定”五字诀,得以根治。现将这种非药物疗法献给患此病的老年朋友,以解便秘之苦。 揉:早晚揉腹,以帮助肠胃蠕动。每日清晨起床前和晚间上床后,身体仰卧,将两手搓热,以肚脐为中心,上至胸膈,下至毛际,用右手按顺时针方向揉抹腹部100~200圈;然后用左手按逆时针方向揉抹腹部100~200圈。用力大小,以无痛感为度。
Senile constipation, miserable.
