教师队伍是学校发展要素中的核心要素,又是民办学校发展中普遍遇到的难题。本文结合余姚四中教师队伍建设的实际探索,总结出留住教师、用好教师和发展教师的三项基本策略,认为学校师资队伍建设最终要基于对教师的培养和发展上,提出学校要为教师成就和专业发展搭建平台。 Teachers are the core elements in the development of schools and the common problems encountered in the development of private schools. Based on the actual exploration of the construction of teachers’ ranks in Yuyao No.4 Middle School, this article summarizes three basic strategies of keeping teachers, using good teachers and developing teachers.
