一、教学要培养学生创新力 为了迎接新技术革命的挑战,加快“四化”建设的步伐和贯彻邓小平同志教育要“三个面向”的指示,我国亟需培养一大批有创造性的开拓型人才。学校教育工作中更应重视学生的创新精神。爱因斯坦在《论教育》中提到:“学校的目标应当培养有独立行动和独立思考的人”,“发展独立思考和独立判断的一般能力,应当始终放在首位,而不应当把获得专业知识放在首位”。中等教育的对象是青少年,他们最肯学习,最少保守思想,培养他们具有创新精神是完全符合他们特点的。
