主要介绍了小井眼深穿透射孔器的结构设计,进行了73枪配89弹小井眼(套管内径为82mm)深穿透射孔器试验,结果是最大枪身胀径76.65mm,最高毛刺高度3.62mm,最大穿透深度450mm,平均穿深414mm,枪身最大孔径11.8×11.5mm。该项技术已经成功应用于江苏油田10余口井,起到了明显的效果。 This paper mainly introduces the structure design of the deep hole perforator with a small hole. The experiment of deep penetrating perforator with 73 holes and 89 holes (casing diameter of 82mm) results in the maximum diameter of 76.65mm Burr height 3.62mm, the maximum penetration depth of 450mm, the average wear depth 414mm, the largest hole diameter of 11.8 × 11.5mm. The technology has been successfully applied to more than 10 wells in Jiangsu Oilfield, played a significant effect.
