带钢冷连轧机高速轧制薄带钢时发生轧机振动,通过动态综合测试、振源分析和工艺润滑试验等手段,找到了引起轧机振动的主要原因,判明了振动属于发散型自激振动。
The rolling mill vibration occurred during the high speed rolling of strip tandem cold rolling mill. The main reason causing rolling mill vibration was found through dynamic comprehensive testing, vibration source analysis and process lubrication test. It was found that the vibration belongs to divergent self-excited vibration.
