为了从细胞表面的变化来观察转化细胞的特性，对于经硫酸镍、亚砷酸钠染毒的ＳＨＥ细胞，用ＣｏｎＡ进行了凝集试验。结果表明，两染毒组的凝集试验均呈阳性，且与ＣｏｎＡ浓度呈依赖关系。
In order to observe the characteristics of the transformed cells from changes in the cell surface, SHE cells exposed to nickel sulfate and sodium arsenite were subjected to an agglutination test with ConA. The results showed that the two agglutination test groups were positive agglutination test, and concentration-dependent manner.
