介绍了来宾市水土流失现状和“十五”、“十一五”期间水土保持生态修复的成效,分析了水土保持生态修复存在的问题,提出了编制地区水土保持规划、制定配套政策、加强宣传、建设水土保持科技队伍、搞好效益监测与评价等建议。 The current situation of soil and water loss in Laibin city and the effectiveness of ecological restoration of soil and water conservation during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” and the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” are introduced.
