目的比较并分析微种植体支抗与自攻钛种植体支抗在正畸治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月—2015年12月在本门诊及合作医院口腔科进行正畸治疗的110例患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者给予微种植支抗系统,观察组患者给予自攻钛种植系统,对比分析两种方式在正畸治疗中的应用价值。结果矫正前2组患者的龈沟液中炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矫正后2组患者的龈沟液中炎症因子水平均增高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);支抗治疗后对照组的出血、牙龈指数和松动度明显高于观察组,咀嚼效率及咬合力均明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后对照组的X线头影测量软硬组织指标明显差于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸治疗中应用自攻钛种植体支抗效果好,可改善患者口腔相关软硬组织的指标,减少对牙齿的损伤,且不会明显增加牙龈炎症水平。
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of micro-implant support and self-titration titanium implant support in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology between January 2013 and December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given the micro-implanting system and the patients in the observation group were given the self-tapping titanium implanting system. The application value of the two methods in orthodontic treatment was compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid between the two groups before correction (P> 0.05). The levels of inflammatory cytokines in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups after correction were all significantly higher than those before treatment (P> 0.05 ). The bleeding, gingival index and loosening degree in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group after chemo-therapy, the chewing efficiency and occlusal force were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P <0.05) X-ray cephalometric measurement of soft and hard tissue was significantly worse than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of self-destructive titanium implant in orthodontic treatment has good anchorage effect, which can improve the index of dental-related soft and hard tissue, reduce the damage to the tooth and not significantly increase the level of gingival inflammation.
