目的:通过对健康体检儿童的骨密度检测情况进行回顾性分析,探讨血清锌水平对儿童骨密度的影响。方法:选择惠东县妇幼保健院2013年1月至2015年1月健康体检的儿童150例作为观察对象,对患者进行血清锌水平的检测和骨密度测定,观察和比较低骨密度组和健康对照组之间的血清锌水平和锌缺乏发病率。结果:(1)与健康对照组(78.9±13.3)μmol/L对比,低骨密度组血清锌水平(61.8±13.8)μmol/L明显更低,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与健康对照组11.76%对比,低骨密度组锌缺乏的发病率53.85%明显更高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清锌水平对儿童骨密度产生重要的影响,二者密切相关,必须对儿童时期低骨密度的发生进行有效的预防。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of serum zinc level on bone mineral density (BMD) in children through a retrospective analysis of bone mineral density in healthy children. Methods: 150 cases of children from Huidong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the observation object, serum zinc level and bone mineral density were measured, and the patients with low BMD and health were observed and compared Serum zinc levels and the incidence of zinc deficiency among the control groups. Results: (1) Compared with the control group (78.9 ± 13.3) μmol / L, the level of serum zinc in low BMD group was significantly lower (61.8 ± 13.8) μmol / L, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). (2) Compared with 11.76% of healthy control group, the incidence of zinc deficiency in low BMD group was significantly higher than that in control group (53.85%). There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The serum zinc level has an important effect on the bone mineral density in children. The two are closely related to each other. It is necessary to effectively prevent the occurrence of low BMD in children.
