今年以来,文化部、国家文物局相继开展了非物质文化遗产的申报工作、全国第三次文物普查,这两项工作引起了社会各界的关注。各级政府还为此搭班子,成立临时办公室。那么非物质文化遗产的申报、文物普查与档案又有何关系呢?笔者以为这两者有“血缘”关系,很值得研究。先来谈谈非物质文化遗产的保护与档案的关系。
Since the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Culture and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage have successively declared the declaration of intangible cultural heritage and the third census of cultural relics throughout the country. These two efforts have drawn the attention of all sectors of society. Governments at all levels also take this team, set up a temporary office. So what is the relationship between the declaration of non-material cultural heritage, cultural relics census and archives? The author believes that the two have “blood relationship” and are worth studying. First talk about the relationship between the protection of non-material cultural heritage and archives.
