14.特色农产品综合利用与精深加工(1)成果单位成都大学生物产业学院。(2)成果简介本课题组以成都大学生物产业学院、成都大学国家粮油加工分中心为研究平台,科研人力资源实力和技术装备雄厚。本课题组成员近年来广泛地开展四川特色作物营养成分检测、品质评价、加工特性研究,开发了系列保健食品,并申请了专利。①产品开发。课题组可为企业研究开发荞麦食品、保健品,为企业产品开发提供技术咨询服务及指导。课题组申请的专利成果亦可直接投入生产。为企业产品开发提供前期基础性研究。②产品技术改造及工艺优化。针对企业产品生产工艺中存在的不足以及难点进行优化改造,提高产品品质,降低生产成本。③产品质量检验。课题组可为企业产品质量检验提供服务,为企业制定产品的质量标准。根据企业要求,为企业提供产品营养成分检测、品质评价、安全性评价等服务。
