The serum levels of IgG, IgA, IgM and complement C_3 in 186 rare earth workers were measured and compared with 120 non-rare earth workers. The dust concentration, total radioactivity and r irradiation rate were measured. There was a significant change in the IgG, IgM and C_3 of rare earth workers (P <0.01 or P <0.05), suggesting that the environment of rare earth workers had some impact on humoral immunity of workers, but the working environment was open based on the median total emission The lowest radioactive places (third category), the individual’s r rate of exposure is much lower than the standard, it can be considered a single radioactive elements of rare earth workers seem to have no significant effect on immune function.
