髌骨是人体最大的籽骨,与股骨远端形成髌股关节,起稳定性作用,常随年龄增大发生退行性骨关节病,增生及软化。而发生在髌骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变罕见。经查阅国内文献,仅见个案报告[1～4] 。我们在工作中遇到5例并经手术证实。报告如下。例1　女,3 0岁,右膝疼2年。查体:局部软组织不 Patella is the body’s largest sesamoid, with the formation of the distal femur patellofemoral joint, from the stability of the role, often with age, degenerative joint degeneration, proliferation and softening.
