建立有效的绩效管理体系是达成公司战略的重要保障,要建立有效的绩效管理体系必须关注四个问题:选择合适的工具,有效分解战略,获得可行的有效的指标与目标;科学合理设定目标值;建立并完善数据处理系统;打造驱动绩效管理系统的领导力。以上四点是必须关注,如果疏忽,基本会导致绩效管理失败。
