为了探讨花仙子胶囊的毒性,进行了小鼠急性毒性实验、对药物主要组分急性毒性相互作用的观察,及小鼠的耐受性试验。结果表明,小鼠灌胃花仙子胶囊的LD50为1.51g/kg;且有一定的耐受性;洋金花与马钱子配伍,减低了马钱子的毒性。提示该配方对毒性有拮抗作用,为该药配方的合理性提供了实验依据。
In order to investigate the toxicity of Huaxianzi capsules, acute toxicity experiments in mice, observations of acute toxic interactions with major components of the drug, and tolerance tests in mice were performed. The results showed that the mice had a LD50 of 1.51 g/kg in the Huaxianzi capsule and they were tolerant; the compatibility between the golden flower and the Maqinzi reduced the toxicity of the Strychnine. It is suggested that the formula has an antagonistic effect on toxicity and provides an experimental basis for the rationality of the formula.
