建筑工程质量优劣直接关系着工程整体适用度与人民的生命财产安全,对施工单位的经济效益和业主的生活质量都有着极为重要的影响,历来是工程监理人员重点关注的对象。近年来,由于工程质量问题的频发,有关部门对此已经加大了监管力度,文章通过对建筑工程质量控制与管理的重要性进行分析,探讨了影响建筑工程质量的一些因素,提出了完善建筑工程质量控制与管理的相关对策。
The quality of the construction project is directly related to the overall suitability of the project and the safety of life and property of the people.
