节能与新能源汽车示范推广在节能减排方面取得了良好效果,其中节能与新能源客车发挥了关键作用,建议在公共服务领域加大对节能与新能源客车的推广示范力度,具体建议如下:1、延续节能与新能源汽车示范推广的财政补贴扶持政策,加快常规混合动力客车推广普及建议对常规混合动力客车继续给予财政补贴支持,并继续扩大政策支持范围,尽早实现新能源应用规模达到经济规模。2、加大示范规模,加快纯电驱动客车产业培育建议加大以插电式混合动力客车和纯电动客车为主的纯电驱动客车的示范规模,国家和地方出台政策支持充换电基础设施建设并实施优惠电价。3、完善相关法规和标准的建设,确保产品安全可靠,带动新能源汽车产业整体的技术能力和产业竞争力的提升。
